2010 Grand National Betting Hits Fever Pitch
It is billed as the “most famous horserace in the world” and the 2010 Grand National is gearing up for a great weekend at Aintree. Just over 150,000 excited race goers are expected over the 3-day Grand National spectacular, with Saturday hosting the big event itself.
Out of the 100 horses put forward, so far we have it trimmed back to 65, with the final 40 horses confirmed for the race and a chance to share in the £925,000 jackpot expected to be announced on Thursday.
Most horse racing betting punters will be looking at the field ans asking themselves, “Is it worth throwing a few quid at a long shot?” In the Grand National betting stakes after the momentous success of last years 100-1 winner Mon Mone.
Which then leaves you wondering, who is worthy of a few quid, all out stake to win, the 2010 Grand National? Here are a few horses whose names might only become known after they have stuck a pin into them as their race selection: My Will (current odds of 40/1 with Stan James), Dream Alliance (current odds of 40/1 with William Hill) and Mr Pointment (current odds of 100/1 with Victor Chandlier).
Below are the latest odds on who’ll win the 2010 Grand National.
