2010 England’s World Cup Betting Odds
England seem to be breaking apart from the inside-out as the biggest football stage on the planet draws ever closer. England’s World Cup betting odds haven’t yet suffered. Despite growing, negative headlines in the press and media surrounding certain individuals private lives. You begin to wonder just how much these stories hampers squad bondmanship.
The latest story centres around Manchester City defender, Wayne Bridge, and his announcement that he no longer wished to be part of the current England set-up, his exact words were, “It has always been an honour to play for England. However, after careful thought I believe my position in the squad is now untenable and potentially divisive“. this of-course all stems from ex-England captain, John Terry’s affair with Bridge’s ex-girlfriend.

Carling Cup 2010 Aston Villa vs Man Unt Betting Odds
Aston Villa will be playing to win their first piece of silverware since they last won the league Cup back in 1996. They will have to overcome Manchester United, of-course, but Villa have taken 4 points from Alex Ferguson’s team already this season. Martin O’Neil will be asking his players to give one last effort and help Villa finally get some bling for the trophy room.
It is not clear, yet, if Manchester United will start with their top players. Rooney may be rested ahead of a gruelling March fixture list for United including the return leg of their Uefa Champions League game with AC Milan. Predicting the outcome of an Aston Villa vs Man Unt match is never easy, and if your looking for some free bets action before the game, then as usual sign-up to the Free Betting Online Alerts for all the best sports betting advice available today.

Greatest Football Manager Ever Poll
We’ve all been there, down the local pub, pint in hand, debating (sometimes, not quietly) about what era produced the best ever team, or scored the best goal – ever. Now, seeing as we are in a World Cup year, we thought it would be a good idea to start running some football focussed polls and today we are going to kick off with : The Greatest Football Manager Ever Poll.
We have trimmed the list to just 7 potential candidates, that’s right just 7. Believe me, we could have added a helluva lot more, but then we remembered that this poll is about Great Managers, not just the good ones. Have a look through our nominees and give us your vote. Comments are more than welcome and don’t forget to spread the word and tell your mates down the pub.

Winter Olympics Mens Ice Hockey Betting
The Mens contest for Ice Hockey Gold at this years Winter Olympics is undoubtedly the main event. It is Ice Hockey’s answer to football’s World Cup. Such is the intensity of winning Gold, that back in 1980, the USA and the then named Soviet Union fought what many seen as a mini battle during the infamous Cold War period. The USA were victors that year, but have since failed to replicate their 1980 Winter Olympics success.
When most people think of International Ice Hockey they tend to think the sport is dominated by the top three teams : USA, Canada and Russia. Ice Hockey, however, especially at the more recent Winter Olympics, has seen Sweden, Finland and the Czech Republic win more of the medal share than the much more fancied big three.

Totesport Trophy 2010 Betting Odds
The 2010 Totesport Trophy runs at Newbury this Saturday and is turning into one of the most frenzied horse racing betting markets of the year so far. With any one of eight horses with a better than average chance of winning, makes the Totesport Trophy the hot race of the weekend, hopefully hot enough to keep the cold weather at bay.
With Cheltenham betting 2nd favourite, Denman, facing less stiff competition in the Aon Chase, attention has turned to the Totesport Trophy to help warm the cockles of betting punters up and down the country this Saturday.

Its Drogba vs Rooney
Chelsea ended Arsenal’s interest in winning the Premiership at the weekend, with a convincing 2-0 victory. Manchester United had put the Gunners intentions into serious doubt the week before, with a top-class display on how to finish, especially from that man, Rooney. There has been widespread rumours that John Terry’s far from persil-white public life could derail Chelsea’s title ambitions, so far that’s not happened, or better yet, so far no-one’s told Drogba.
How these two players, Rooney and Drogba, perform in the run-up to the end of the season will settle whose cabinet will hold the Premiership trophy, of that I have no doubt.

6 Nations 2010 Betting Odds
It’s Six Nations time again, as the Northern Hemisphere’s most important Rugby Union tournament kicks off this Saturday. Plenty of Six Nation betting questions will soon be answered. Can Ireland repeat their Grand Slam success of last year? Can England mount a serious challenge and start going forward instead of backwards? Can Wales overcome Ireland and England in their own backdoors and become champions once again? Can France play to their strengths and repeat their 2007 Six Nations success? Can Scotland put to bed that ‘potential’ tag and start winning games instead of throwing them away. Can this be Italy’s year where they finally stamp their arrival into the Six Nations?
