Brit Awards 2010 Betting Odds

London’s Earls Court Arena, will play host to the 2010 Brit Awards, on the 16th February. And, as usual, there is a lot of Brit Awards betting speculation, surrounding this award show.
The most coveted prizes at the brit Awards are for Best British Album, British Single, British Male Artist and British Female Artist. Just a few days ago, the nominations for all the categories at this years Brit Awards 2010 were announced. Here we go over the nominees chances and their latest music betting odds.
Brit Awards 2010 Best British Album
Florence & the Machine are bookies favourites with their Lungs album which has been critically acclaimed. Florence lost out at the Mecury Awards despite being a firm favourite with the festival brigade last summer. Dizzee Rascal is also another highly favoured artist, whom can forget the outstanding three number-one hits “Dance Wiv Me”, “Holiday” and “Bonkers”. Other nominees include Kasabian, Lily Allen and surprisingly an unpopular choice with the bookmakers Paolo Nutini with the biggest selling album of 2009 : Sunny Side Up.
Brit Awards 2010 Best British Single
There are 10 nominations for the best UK single. 4 of the nominations have that X-Factor influence, these include : Alexandra Burke Ft Flo Rida (Bad Boys), Cheryl Cole (Fight For This Love), Joe McElderry (The Climb) & JLS (Beat Again).
The best of the rest is surely the fabulous Tinchy Stryder Featuring N-Dubz (Number 1), the single reached No.1 and was a forever present in the UK charts since its release in April of 2009.

Robbie Williams heads the early betting stakes, but he has strong competition from Calvin Harris, Dizzee Rascal and Paolo Nutini. I’m not too sure about Mika, but who is?
Brit Awards 2010 Best British Female Solo Artist
Bat for Lashes, Florence & the Machine, Leona Lewis, Lily Allen and Pixie Lott will bettle it out for the title of best UK famale artist. The early money is on Florence & the Machine and considering her competition I feel this is a certainty for her to win.
