So, it finally comes to pass. After 10 years of controversy and cult tv moments the Celebrity Big Brother show begins it’s final 27 days of transmission from tonight, Sunday the 3rd of January 2010.

We’ve had some famous faces and many not-so-famous enter the house throughout the years. Who can forget the entrance by Jackie Stallone or MP George Galloway purring cringely like a cat or when fake celebrity Chantelle and lead singer from Ordinary Boy’s, Preston, fell in love on our tv screens. Of course, primarily, Celebrity Big Brother will always be remembered for the race row between the late ‘Jade Goody’ and Bollywood actress, Shilpa Shetty.

The final contestants for Celebrity Big Brother 2010 include :

  • Stephen Baldwin : Youngest brother of the acting Baldwin family. Now a very much devout evangelical christian.
  • Nicola T : WAG and wannabe pop star & has a keep fit DVD launched aiming to grab a hold of those wanting to be – yep, you guessed it a WAG.
  • Alex Reid : On, Off, On again current plaything for Jordan. Cage fighter and cross-dresser.
  • Stephanie Beacham : Actress with a host of top starring roles to her name including Dynasty and much recently Coronation Street as Ken Barlow’s bit-on-the-side.
  • Lady Sovereign : Grime rapper, also the 1st ever female to sign for Def-Jam label in America. Most notably flouted as the female Eminem.
  • Sisqo : 90′s R&B star most famously known for the ‘Thong Song’, looks as though he’s still wringing his earnings from that release judging his entrance.
  • Dane Bowers : Former plaything to Jordan. Was a decent singer in his time with Truesteppers amongst others.
  • Heidi Fleiss : High profile prostitute to the rich and famous from America – enough said!
  • Jonas Altberg : Swedish popstar with dance act BassHunter. Probably the most dignified entrance to any Big Brother show I have ever seen.
  • Ekaterina Ivanova : Former lover to Rolling Stone, Ronnie Wood. Mammoth age gap between the pair lead to an obvious split. Now Katia is romancing again within her own age bracket.
  • Vinnie Jones : Hardman footballer with Wimbledon took his rough looks to film and media and is now a well known movie star in some decent sized blockbusters. Still retains that controversial figure with the British media.
