CB40 Group C Betting 2012
On paper Group C of the CB40 for the 2012 would appear to be the weakest or least competitive. However, professional sport often shows up people who like to think they know what they're talking about and this could turn out to be the closest Group in the CB40 this season.
CB40 Group C betting 2012 works in exactly the same way as any other market related to the tournament. The difference is the perception of the teams involved; Unicorns, Derbyshire, Yorkshire, Kent, Warwickshire, Sussex and Northamptonshire. It's probably fair to say that some of the counties are looking forward to a random trip to somewhere that Unicorns are allowed to play at.
CB40 Group C Betting
The two sides that are likely to dominate CB40 Group C betting are Warwickshire and Sussex. Warwickshire have a very large squad of players to choose from and they will not suffer in the absence of Ian Bell and Jonathan Trott who will more than likely be fending off the South Africans for England during most of the summer.
Sussex are one of the best bets to win the tournament, as well as Group C. Sussex have an almost perfect blend and balance in their squad. They have experience through skipper Mike Yardy as well as international quality at their disposal in Monty Panesar. Sussex also have a ground which can be quite small but intimidating to play at, quite like Chelmsford in Essex.
CB40 Betting
There are four teams in Group C that are hard to separate, fairly even in terms of quality and all stand a good chance of doing well. Kent probably head this pack and have some players who will feature in more niche CB40 Cricket Betting markets. Yorkshire could also feature prominently in CB40 Group C betting 2012 which will please the locals after the relegation last season in the four day game.
Derbyshire and Northamptonshire could both struggle but both will approach this group as though they have nothing to lose. This can be a great mentality for the CB40 in 2012 because it can put the better teams on the back foot and keep them there. Derbyshire and Northants will also have the longest odds for most CB40 Cricket Betting 2012 markets.
Unicorns
Unicorns are the massive outsiders in this group and it's difficult to predict how they'll play because firstly, they do not have a permanent home ground which means they have no way of tailoring a pitch to their strengths. Unicorns are a team filled with first class players that cannot get a contract with some of the mainstream counties and a side that exists purely for the CB40.
It is due to this that many would expect their performances in the competition to be a little bit stronger than they have been but they still seem to get spanked all over England and Wales. Have a little flutter on Unicorns not to finish bottom of the group but do not get carried away with some romantic fantasy.
