The internet’s source for Free Bets and Free Betting Online

For Cricket Fans, cricket betting as it happens.

May 17th, 2007 by FreeBetsmaster

There are a number of online betting bookmakers that offer betting while an event is happening. Such bookmakers are Stan James, Blue Square, Betfair and the systems allow you to bet on something while the event is happening. This of course is ideal for the current test series between England and the West Indies as each test moves forward and we know just how unpredictable results for the English test team have been in the past. I mean this in a positive way, as on their own turf, the English cricket team seem to have a knack of turning a game on its’ head. Just when you think that a test is heading for a draw, the next thing you here is that England have won!

Why? Well, because basically we do have players of world class who can do this. So, what does this mean in terms of cricket betting? Better odds! If you’re prepared to have a punt against the way things seem to be going, you’re bound to get better odds.

Bookmakers term it as “In-Play Betting” or “in Running Betting” and it’s a fun method of actually watching a sports match and as the tables turn against what you may have anticipated happening, you can change your strategy before you bet. TV in one eye and phone or computer in the other, you can oversee the unfolding results.

Don’t forget also that you can go to some bookies for TEXT BETTING, one of which is Totesport who offer this fantastic facility which is definitely a sign of the times.

You can see more on these online betting bookmakers and their free bets offers through Free Betting Online.

Are your free bets prepared for Saturdays’ Cup Final

May 17th, 2007 by FreeBetsmaster

Have you decided on your FA Cup free bet budget for Saturday 19th May, 3 p.m. - FA Cup Final Day!

There are a number of great deals available through Free Betting Online but one of the best deals that had just come online this week is the Sporting Odds £100 Top Up Tuesday Free Bet Offer. This is a novelty free money incentive to new customers when they initially sign up to receive £25 in Free Bets. The following 3 weeks allow you to claim a further £25 a week, totalling £100 as a sign up reward (Please check their terms and conditions).

The Cup Final will be a closely fought affair between Chelsea and Manchester United and now that the premiership is settled and the disappointment of the Champions League is over, Chelsea will not want to finish the season without any silverware. Mr Mourinhos’ boos probably won’t be too thrilled with nothing to show in the trophy cabinet after another expensive year either!

The match is held, of course, at the new Wembley stadium and this is one of the most eagerly awaited sights for many people. If you’re lucky enough to have a ticket, you’ll be part of a history occasion. It’s a nice touch that Bobby Moore’s statue will be on display in the walkway up to the gates.

Betting on the Play-offs never fails to deliver.

May 14th, 2007 by FreeBetsmaster

Well, it’s here. That intriguing time of the football season where one or two matches make the difference to a clubs next year, both financially and in relation to the standard they play at. Get a free bet from almost any of our online betting bookmakers because free money is all around during this frantic time. Football fans are betting on their own side’s outcome and also keeping an eye on what their rivals are doing.

Did you have a bet on the Southampton v Derby match at the weekend? If you backed Southampton to get back in the premiership, you wouldn’t have believed what Mr Pele did on his own 18 yard box. It’s not only the penalty he gave away right in front of the ref. but thousands of punters would have been betting on a draw or even a Southampton win! Saints had to fancy their chances of defeating Derby at home to make their away leg easier. They now have it all to do this Tuesday night and who would bet on a Southampton win?

It’s a shame that the Tevez Mascherano affair has masked this stage of the season with ill feeling. It’s got to be said that Sheffield United have a fair point to contest and it will be interesting to see if the rest of the premiership clubs will join them in condemning the way that the Tevez transfer was handled.

Wigan stay up after their fantastic clash against Sheffield United, one of the typical dogged performances you get from sides in the fight for Premiership survival.

Free Bets on a fascinating cricket contest.

May 11th, 2007 by FreeBetsmaster

Cricket Betting is underway for the forthcoming England against the West Indies and cricket free bets can be grabbed from all of the major bookmakers as the smart money swings in England’s favour. But is Chanderpaul the key?

It’s got to be worth having a cricket bet that the Windies can take this series though. Without Brian Lara, there’s no doubting that they won’t be the batting force that they have been but that’s not to say that they’re not improving rapidly. Put the world cup behind you when considering both these teams. Neither gave much of a performance in the World Cup one day matches but we all know that a test series is a completely different kettle of fish!

West Indies new captain, Ramnaresh Sarwan, is looking forward to the challenge but questions must be asked about their team’s ability to be consistent. The only player of that quality who you would rely on to score runs in every test would be Chanderpaul. A gutsy, unautherdox batsmen, he has this gritty quality that makes him a stubborn opponent and a player that any team is glad to see the back of when they take his wicket. We’re betting that he will be up there with the leading run scorers of the series.

Another contender could be Marcus Trescothik, of course, if he stages a return. I’m sure we’d all like to see him back in form so that his “blazing” style can match that of players like Chris Gayle.

Next Prime Minister Betting

May 10th, 2007 by FreeBetsmaster

As Tony Blair gets set to announce his plans after stepping down as prime minister, the Next Prime Minister Betting is well under way. In this area of political betting, punters can still receive a free bet bonus from online betting bookmakers when they register with them.

It’s often forgotten that these types of political events can be part of your online betting campaign as they can get lost amongst the more popular sports betting events that occur , particularly at this time of year. Nonetheless, bookmakers offer a nice variety of odds on all sorts of areas in politics from who will be the next prime minister to how many votes they will win by when elected (their majority), who will take the other positions in a subsequent cabinet re-shuffle, who will be the contenders. Then you move on to betting on election campaigns and to place bets on who will represent different constituencies around the country and who will win that constituency, by how many seats, etc.

It really does open up into a huge area of betting interest which of course will spike at the time of any local or general elections.

Prepare your bets with a Cup Final Preview

May 9th, 2007 by FreeBetsmaster

Tonight, you can weigh up your betting options and the balance between Manchester United and Chelsea on Sky Sports 1 as they show a kind of preview of the FA Cup Final. The bookmakers will be offering free bets to get your custom, so bag the free money while it’s there for what will be the finale to a great domestic season.

Tonight os the premiership contest and after all that’s gone on in recent clashes in the Champions League and the premiership, Chelsea will be determined to win this one. Manchester United are favourites on current form but it’s one of those games that could be swung by attitude. Desperation if you like, but Chelsea will want something out of this season after United took the premiership title last week. If they don’t - a new speculative market will arise from the ashes from earlier this year through media talk of Mourinho’s future.

Looking forward to Twenty20 cricket free bets?

May 8th, 2007 by FreeBetsmaster

If you’re a cricket fan, you’ll be looking forward to cricket betting on the twenty20 competition which starts  in June. Cricket free bets should hot up for this contest which was initially received with a hot and cold welcome when it started but now has really taken off.

If you’ve never been to a twenty20 match - Go to one! Take the family and friends for an evening game to break up your week and an evening of fun is guaranteed. Most clubs are really making a great event of it with fairground attractions, stalls, food and drink (as you’d expect!) and music.

Traditionalists don’t tend to be great fans of this version of the game but for some clubs it’s been a lifesaver in financial terms. Nearly every game that I’ve been to is sold out to capacity.

The popularity seems to be that it’s a game that’s fast with all the action you want to see squeezed into a shorter time frame. Wickets, runs, fours, sixes, run-outs - all the things you want to see happening withing around 3 hours. I’m sure professional players enjoy playing it because they can relax their game and free themselves up for some serious stroke making.

They should change the song :

We don’t like (twenty20) cicket - we love it!
