After the disappointing miss of sewing up a victory in the first test, cricket betting fans would have looked online for cricket free bets on the England v India series for odds on an England victory in the second match. Not to be - England couldn’t post a decent total in their first innings and India made them pay.
Now all the pressure is on England and today will make for fascinating viewing. It has been a while since England have been under this sort of pressure on home soil. Strauss and Cook started well on the Sunday to close at 43 without loss but let’s see how the day goes. it’s hard to say but England still do have that ability to collapse, and that will be what’s on the mind of the Indians as they press for wickets today. I don’t think we’ve seen England lose so many sessions in a test match one after the other to leave them so far behind their opponents. Not only was the batting disappointing but the bowlers didn’t make headway either.
So today, we see a reversal of what people will look for in the cricket betting world. Get your free bets organised for what could be a close finish today. one great offer at the moment is the new £50 Betfred free bet for the next fortnight.

Free Betting Online are again thrilled to have Sunderlands online betting join us as one of our sports betting affiliates who offer a £25 free bet to new punters. One of the oldest bookies in the UK, Sunderlands have over 60 years experience in the betting market and have taken this experience from the conventional betting facilities to the internet betting sphere.
The Sunderland website has a warm feeling to it - simplicity itself - it usually carries a professional graphic at the top of the central information pane and gives fast navigational options over to the left with all the major sports listed for betting. They are one of the bookies who offer American sports and Gaelic sports together with branching out into the more specialist or novelty markets such as Sports personality of the year and who will host the 2016 Olympics.
I really like the “Live Support” online that they have on their site. This is one of the features that some bookmakers are doing well, i.e. to offer support to their customers online and make their experience that more pleasurable, rather than having to work out what to do if you are a new punter in the betting world.
Sunderlands currently offer £25 worth of free bets to new customers.

Last week, we were thrilled to have William Hill join us to offer their £10 free bet. We continue to be affiliated with only the major names in the online betting world and William Hill expands our directory of free bets suppliers still further.
Even if you may be a betting numptie or completely new to having a wager online, you will have heard of William Hill. After all, they were established back in 1934! With this amount of experience, they know how to present a website to their customers.
Take time to have a browse because it’s all there and so easy to see and choose where you want to go to. One of the important areas is over to the right hand side where they have current betting events together with links to their Casino and Poker sites.
One of my favourite aspects of the William Hill site in particular is the William Hill Radio. This keeps you up to date on what’s happening but also has comment and preview from sports pundits that you can listen to online.
So, William Hill have produced the ultimate and complete online experience with their site and together with a £10 free bet offer to new customers, it’s no surprise that they’re one of the biggest around.

Paddy Power have a few free bet offers at the moment in the form of £10, £25 and £30 and we have chosen to represent the £25 in free bets for one good reason. Naturally, you as the punter want to get as much of a freebie as you can when you register with your selected best bookmaker online.
So, out of the three offers, obviously would appear to be the most attractive. BUT! This offer is in the form of a deposit into your account over three weeks after you’ve opened your account. With this in mind, doesn’t a lump sum deposit sound more attractive? That is, of course if it suits your budget.
There are other bookmakers who offer an extended type of free bet offer which does suit some people if they want to deposit money over a time period, rather than up front. SportingOdds is another current free bet offer through Free Betting Online. It’s a free bet that comes in the form of matched bet deposited into your account every week for four weeks (conditions apply).
Blue Square are doing things slightly different again with a free bet made up of your initial deposit and then a further free bonus after you’ve placed a further 10 bets of or more.
Keep in touch with us for more free bet offers.

Who’s going to win the premiership title next year then? With all the transfer news around at the moment, Tevez had better come up with the goods if Manchester United are to retain the title ahead of Chelsea and Liverpool. I thought ast season was a great season in terms of the matches that were on but I get a little worried that the league is now so money driven that it’s becoming predictable as to the 4-5 teams who will be at the top.
Anyway, we look forward to a new footballing year ahead with new faces and big names in different shirts. As there’s no big changes in the management circles, Manchester United would be favourites, but let’s see….

After another action packed weekend of Wimbledon tennis, British Grand Prix and plenty of others, rugby betting fans would have watched overseas action with Australia taking on South Africa at the Telstra stadium on Saturday.
The Aussies were down by 14 points after only 8 minutes as a try went over almost uncontested and then another breakaway try really shook them up. But they came back to eventually win the game 25 - 17 by suddenly shutting out the bocks and slowly squeezing the pressure back onto them.
It was also surprising to see the South Africans matched for physicality up front. Their usual brutal approach to forward play was stopped in it’s tracks and the backs were unable to get their usual yardage gain.
So where does this leave the Aussies in the rankings v the All Blacks? Well, not much changes really because we know that New Zealands’ defeat the weekend before will just spur them on and wake them up. One of the characteristics of the Kiwi game has always been to convert territory into points. Their last game when defeated by Australia, they had most of the territory and possession but didn’t convert it and that’s why they lost.
Rest assured, they won’t be allowing themselves to make the same mistake and Graham Henry definitely won’t.
Still favourites? Now even more so.

Not many people are aware of weather betting but is becoming more popular for a bet with the more volatile climate that the UK seems to be developing over the recent years.
The old favourite was betting on a white christmas betting but this has now been broadened to offer a month by month option for online weather betting. You can opt for
Wettest month
Driest month
Warmest month
Coldest month
Top temperature (For month and summer)
Lowest Temperatures
A good thing about the weather in the United Kingdom being so erratic is that it brings an element of volatility to the market. This is because the bookies themselves will probably have a few problems trying to predict what’s going to happen, so that means, for example, if you had bet on June 2007 being the wettest of the year, the odds would have been pretty good as it’s a summer month.
It might now be worth looking to the end of the summer and having a look at the possible dry autumn months. What will you get on October being the driest of the year?
So don’t let the current wave of excessive moisture dampen your spirits - get into weather betting and make some money out of it!

As Alan Donald, rightly has his consultancy role extended with England, Paul Collingwood was quick to sing his praises after their victory over the West Indies on Sunday. Cricket betting fans will be thrilled to place their bets on the possibilities of betting on English victories and results coming from the bowlers’ as well as the batsmen’s efforts.
Alan Donald has always been a man who tells things as they are, and I’m sure there will have been some straight talking to the England bowlers between the Twenty20 matches last week and Sundays’ win. On Sunday I think we saw the second string English bowlers hit the deck and get it in the right place. James Anderson was always up around the 88mph mark and shaping the ball away from the left hander, back into the right hander. It was great to see because you never really felt as though Anderson has been at his best since he first came on the scene.
It was interesting that after the match, Anderson himself commented on Alan Donald’s influencing him to “hold his action” a little longer at the crease. These simple hints are what make the difference, and having been a fan of Alan Donald in his playing days, his own uncluttered bowling action was testament to how keeping things simple works.
I blogged about Alan Donald just after it was first announced that he was to take on the role with England and I will back him to add to his current success by the time we come t the Twenty20 world cup.

If you’re not yet a motor cycling betting or racing fan then you simply must take time out to watch a MotoGP race - and soon! MotoGP betting is growing as is the number of bookies offering bets on the sport.
This weekend saw another blinding ride by Valentino Rossi as he made a cool and calculated pass by Casey Stoner after starting way back at 11th on the grid. As you watch these races, you know that Rossi is like an animal stalking his prey. No matter how far back he may start, he’ll be gradually working his way up the positions and be challenging the leader in no time.
He’s a clever rider. In the Dutch Grand Prix this passed weekend, he showed how he can plan his killer moves by staying with Casey Stoner all the way until finally deciding to pass on the penultimate lap before stretching away. He didn’t want to show his hand too soon, so that when he did, Stoner had no chance on his Ducati.
As always, humble in victory, Rossi paid tribute to Stoner and these two great rivals will continue their duelling in Germany at the Sachsenring on July 15th.
Don’t miss it!
