As the rugby world cup progresses, the England team to face Tonga this weekend and rugby free bets will be picked up at pace as we see captain Phil Vickery on the bench for start of the game. The question has to be asked - does Brian Ashton have the ruthlessness it takes to get the most out of this England squad? It would seem so. The front row against Samoa last Saturday gave a superb performance against a powerful Samoan pack. This front row excluded Vickery who seemed sluggish in the previous two games that he played in in the tournament.
So, despite being given the skippership, Phil Vickery is ruthlessly brought down to earth, as is Shaun Perry after his disapponting show against South Africa. Andy Gomarsall showed why he is back in the frame by giving a sharpness to the backs which allowed England to finally make yardage when they win possession in midfield.
England looked like a team who had had a sharp kick up the backside last Saturday. Brian Ashton may just have stirred things up in the England camp by pressuring all the players, especially those that tend to maintain there places, as the forwards looked to have a sharpness about them that has been missing for four years.
If the improvement shown last Saturday is increased this Friday, I think England will blow Tonga away. Even more than that, I think we could look to peak at the right time and after watching the all blacks on Sunday, we have nothing to fear! They are very beatable and we have the players to do it.

After a great tournament, we are finally down to the last pair in the twenty20 cricket final and cricket betting fans should get their free bets ready for a great game ahead. The semi final between New Zealand and Pakistan didn’t quite reach expectations but the Indian victory over the Aussies was one to remember.
After Yuvraj Singh had paved the way for a solid Indian batting foundation after one of the most memorable sixes off Brett Lee, the Aussies must still have fancied it. They were well set to pass the Indian total until they lost Matthew Hayden who, until then, had looked very comfortable. India got Adam Gilchrist cheaply as Sree Santh bowled superbly but couldn’t keep his aggression under control! He was the pick of the Pakistani bowlers as India killed off the Aussies at the death, especially when Symonds had gone.
So the Indians take on Pakistan in what will be another powder keg of a match and all the bookmakers have cricket free bets offers surrounding the final.
As a final word to the aussies, we have to take our hats off to them as good sports these days, they are true professionals in acknowledging defeat to a better side. They don’t look for excuses and look as though they enjoyed the occasion and give credit to an opposition that just seemed to want it more.

After their recent victory over India in the one day series, English cricket betting will be growing in interest again with Twenty20 cricket free bets coming to the fore as the Twenty20 world cup gets close.
England showed their trademark fighting quality in the final match of the one day series and comfortably beat India to take the series when they had faltered after some good performances early on. India are a very good side and the series win must give the squad confidence for the Twenty20.
It must be said, however, that the Twenty20 game is totally different and England will realise that. It’s good to see newcomer Luke Wright included and let’s hope he can produce because his style of opening could be the difference between England’s progression to the later stages or not.
If you look at previous candidates for the opening spot in this type of competition, namely Marcus Trescothick and Mal Loy, these are the type of pinch-hitters that England opening pair will have to emulate to put pressure on their opponents. We all know what Matthew Hayden and Adam Gilchrist do in the first 5 overs and the only way to combat it is to have an equivalent opening salvo.
The bowlers will do their job but it has to be said that the competition is more a batsman’s domain.

As September breaks, we bring you two extended free bets offers from two of our bookmakers as Betfred celebrate their 40th birthday by offering new customers a £40 free bet and Victor Chandler increase their free bets offers from £50 to £100.
As always, we aim to bring you up to date with the latest betting offers from the online bookmakers and this month there is no let up as the action continues at a pace in the sports betting world. The major event is the Rugby Union World Cup that starts in Paris next week. England will be desperate to prove everyone wrong by clicking into some sort of form to retain the trophy from the favourites - The All Blacks - who no one can see being stopped at the moment.
The Premiership also continues to provide a very interesting season with t he top of the table looking far different from last year but we know that the best teams will always start to gel now. By Christmas, there could be a big change around before the push for the championship in the new year.
Outside of sports there is also X-factor betting which is generating a lot of interest with the usual comedy acts amongst them as Simon Cowell continues to make no friends at all!
With these two bookmakers increasing their offers, others are bound to try to compete back at them which is good news for the punter! Keep an eye out with us on the betting world and what sort of betting offers are around.
